A few common questions

How is an active teammate defined? ▾

An active teammate is anyone who reacts to a poll at least once during a calendar week. Managers can review and deactivate anyone anytime from the workspace bill.

Do you support messengers other than Slack? ▾

Slack is officially supported today. Teams and Google Chat are queued for beta through September.

When we leave, does our data leave too? ▾

Yes. When a teammate is deactivated or leaves, their identifier is anonymized within 24 hours; their drink data stays only as anonymous workspace stats.

Do you offer student or OSS team discounts? ▾

Yes. Teams registered with an academic email get 12 months of Pro free. Open source maintainers get the same on request.
